I'm a creative and organised Self-Shooting AP/PD with a background of working on high-profile, talent-led, primetime factual series for major broadcasters and SVOD.  I am ready to take the next step up into PD roles.

I have a broad range of skills having worked across production, development, casting, and digital content, across a huge variety of subjects and genres. I'm a strong self-shooter (FX9/FS7/FX6) and love the photographic element of shooting, with a first class honours photography degree behind me.  Equally passionate about storytelling, I love forming relationships with contributors, and I never take for granted the opportunity to enter new worlds, meeting incredible people willing to share their stories.  I strive to work on programmes that are timely, accessible and focus on human issues whether that be at the light end or the dark.

I have lots of experience setting up shoots both in and out of the UK, and have filmed in 10+ countries, including remote areas, extreme heat and cold.  I have over 2 years experience in development - writing/designing treatments, shooting tasters, gaining access and coming up with new, ambitious ideas for major broadcasters both UK and international. I've worked with vulnerable contributors and completed the prestigious Grierson Trust DocLab programme in 2013, which was my entry route into TV. I have a 5 year USA i-Visa. Read Less
