I am a creative and hardworking individual looking to diversify my workplace experience in film and television. I am keen to have more on-set experience in production as a runner, intern or assistant.I am looking to work diligently and make a contribution within an industry I am passionate. I find working in film more rewarding than any other business context I have worked as everyone is so committed to their craft an unified by a shared passion for cinema. In addition to this, I strongly value making creative ties and learning from those around me with similar interests from a range of different experience levels.I have been employed with Soho Runners since July of this year, working as a production runner in various post-house contexts, but as of yet have no credits for individual productions to my name - and I am looking to change that.My non-industry work includes working as a freelance manuscript editor, copy editor, and narrative consultant for clients in publishing, and as UX designer both freelance and for Referencepoint, a London based security software firm. I can provided references for both my UX and design work, and my client-based work with writers. I am a dedicated and motivated worker, but more importantly, I am a lifelong cinemaphile with a sincere respect and admiration for the medium, which I think is reflected in my work ethic.
