I have employed Nat primarily to undertake story and archive research on several projects. She is a pleasure to have on any team. She pays exceptional attention to detail and goes above and beyond for the success of the project. She is organised, efficient and thoughtful. She isn't afraid to speak her mind and suggest good solutions to editorial problems. Her willingness to put her hand to any task is driven by a deep curiosity and a keenness to develop her filmmaking skills and as such she is always on the look out to push herself and find new opportunities and experiences. She directed a multi-operator studio sequence for one of my projects with great results. In the edit she was ever present, quick to respond and the team felt very well supported. Nat is a brilliant team player and I would happily work with her again.
