I am a hard-working freelance journalist/ AP/ Producer who specialises in investigative journalism and current affairs. I have worked on a range of projects for Channel 4 Dispatches, ITV Tonight, ITV Exposure and BBC panorama. I have a strong background in investigations and handling sensitive information.

I have extensive experience in finding and infiltrating secret groups and have previously gained access to; far-right groups, extremist groups, illegal groups and conspiracy theorists. Within these groups I have worked undercover as well as assisting undercover reporters. I have worked in many edits and have assisted with legal, scripting and editorial decisions. I have cast numerous hard to find and vulnerable contributors for the programmes I have worked on, making contacts across industries and professions.

I have a track record of working to strict deadlines and have worked on several complex fast turnarounds. My main skills include; sourcing and interviewing contributors, gaining information from FOIs and developing stories. As well as working in investigative journalism /current affairs broadcasting, I also have experience on Factual Entertainment and online formats.

I graduated from the Channel 4 MA in Investigative Journalism at De Montfort University, Leicester under a full academic scholarship from Channel 4. I also have a BA in Journalism from the University of Portsmouth, where I received first-class honors and graduated top of my class. On the 3rd of June 2017, I was caught up in the London Bridge terror attacks which I filmed and posted onto my Twitter, the footage was subsequently shown worldwide and led to on-camera interviews.
