I am an investigative journalist, producer and on-screen reporter who has made numerous documentaries for the BBC and Channel 4. I am a skilled interviewer with experience in sensitively approaching and interviewing vulnerable contributors. I am able to ask difficult questions in a sensitive manner, which enables me to develop my investigations with a human narrative. I have a proven record of securing difficult access, revealing exclusive information and have made a number of undercover films through my ‘Ellie Undercover’ series, one of which prompted a change in UK law. I work on the production team of nearly all the documentaries I make and developed a number of the ideas. I have also had a number of stints working in development and pre-production with various production companies.
