Justin is a great editor - a great feel and instinct for story, and a natural at getting the right rhythm and pacing to a scene, and an overall film. He also has an excellent feel for music - finding the right mood and feel for a scene.
He's also level headed, and stress free - not farid of crazy deadlines or attacking tricky notes. A great, relaxed but dedicated and passionate person to work with.
Justin worked with me on a project last year, creating an opening and closing video for a training day being rolled out across over twenty markets by a major multinational. Justin's work and attitude were top notch. He interpreted the brief and storyboard well, and was able to action notes and changes quickly and efficiently. Several last minute adaptations were required by the client, and these were taken in stride. I would recommend working with Justin to anyone - he is resourceful, personable, and very good at what he does.
