I have over 20 years experience as a Line Producer and Production Manager across scripted, non-scripted, entertainment and studio productions.  I have extensive experience of managing multiple teams, international filming, working with children, filming at sea, archive and music programmes. I have a proven track record of running efficient and collaborative productions and I am committed to the ideal of creating diverse teams that incorporate as much training for young people as possible.  I believe that Editorial and Production work at their best in a spirit of mutual respect and encouragement and I always strive to create this culture on each production I manage.
