I am a confident, energetic and enthusiastic Producer with experience in high-end premium documentaries and factual crime programs.
As a producer, I have experience in obtaining highly-sensitive access for documentary programs. Examples of past filmed access include FBI and other US federal agents, incarcerated inmates, victims of stalking and domestic violence, victims of high-profile crimes, high-profile criminals, retired and current celebrities, tech CEOs, mafia members, porn stars and distributors, and individuals currently evading the law. In addition, access work includes negotiating filming permissions with institutions such as the Department of Corrections (DOCs), county jails, sheriff's offices, police stations, and hospitals.
In addition to access for filming purposes, throughout the productions I have worked on, I have specialised in gaining access to sensitive and rare archive materials such as secret recording, home videos and sensitive police footage. In order to do this work, I have been required to have an extensive knowledge of copyright and free useage laws across both the US and UK.
Apart from access and archive, I am a confident and experienced shooter boasting an extensive knowledge of in-vogue cameras (Sony FX9, Sony FX6, Sony FS7, Ronin RS 3) and lighting set-ups. Footage I have shot has been used extensively in Netflix and Sky programs I have worked on.
In addition to working on self-shot programs, I have produced two films for HBO Max, managing a seven person film crew.
Other bits about me: I am writing my first fiction novel and I co-run my own documentary development outfit with former Head of Factual at Flicker Productions, Jasleen Sethi.
