I am an Award Winning Freelance TV & Video Senior Producer/ Welfare Exec with over 12 years experience in the industry, with a focus on delivering high-quality programming and innovative storytelling. I have contributed to the success of productions that captivate and entertain; shows such as Love Is Blind UK, Love Triangle, Five Star Chef, Love Island, Come Dine With Me, X Factor, Too Hot To Handle & more. I have a strong background in producing in the UK and internationally, having worked in a fast-paced environment on everything from short social media clips, to large web/branded, corporate and TV Series. I have cast, planned and managed shoots from one-man-band jobs through to a larger person crew. I never shy away from a challenge and I’m always looking to further my opportunities. My approach is rooted in a collaborative spirit, working alongside diverse teams to bring great stories to life while navigating the ever-evolving landscape of TV production. 

The entertainment industry is a constantly changing canvas, and my recent experience as Welfare Executive Producer has honed my skills in identifying and nurturing on-screen talent. Collaborating with teams to produce recent shows, has showcased my ability to adapt and thrive in diverse production environments. My mission is to continue creating content that resonates, using my unique blend of technical/people skills and creative vision to captivate audiences worldwide.

My extensive experience is in casting, field/story and welfare producing covering all stages of production from pre production covering duty of care protocols, data protection, compliance, welfare/cast protocols and casting contributors right through to Post TX edit and aftercare. While also being able to hire and manage a small to large scale team.
