Rachel Berkley is a multilingual American director and producer with nearly 20 years experience working in the television industry. After many years writing, editing and directing shows at Shanghai TV Station, she specialized in creating and directing the Chinese versions of Western reality formats for platforms across China, including “The Amazing Race: China Rush”, “China’s Next Top Model”, and “Super Nanny (China)”. In 2017 she became a freelancer filming documentary projects around the world, including the UK, Africa, France and Southeast Asia. During this time she also made a name for herself as a technical diver and underwater cinematographer, directing underwater documentaries such as "Underwater China".
