I'm an experienced writer/producer across many genres, but for the past few years I’ve specialised in edit-producing entertaining archive-based programmes. I’ve run as many as three simultaneous edits for months at a time, planning and scripting at breakneck pace to remain one step ahead of some very efficient editors.As most programmes now are low-budget, maximising archive to keep down costs – such as Best Endeavours, Fair Dealing, and milking every last drop out of a clip – is second-nature to me.I was originally trained as a journalist, author and copy editor, so my writing is crisp and precise.
