Hello, my name’s Louis and I’m a Film & Documentary Editor. Clients/Broadcasters Worked For Include: BFI, Barbican Centre, NOWNESS, ICA, Channel 4, Eastside Educational Trust, Royal Academy of Dance, University of Westminster, City of Westminster College, London Live, ArtStreaming TV.
As filmmaker, I’m currently touring my latest documentary which has toured at over 200+ festivals worldwide: Cinema Now.
Available on DCP, 35mm, ProRes and Blu-Ray.
I’m also a 2019 graduate of the world-renowned Film BA (Hons) course at University of Westminster and a 2021 graduate of the MA Editing & Post-Production at London South Bank University (LSBU). I’m deeply fascinated and inspired by motion pictures, digital cinema technology; the culture, production and social impact of documentary film; and archive & restoration work across collections, short and long form work. I started specialising and working jointly across Production and Post-Production Management for Short Form from an early age, before fully committing to pursuing a career in editorial. Wherever I’ve studied and worked, I’ve volunteered in leading roles (and as part of a team) in extra-curricular activities, societies, and the wider life of the workplace. I consider myself an proactive team player and someone who thrives when part of a team-based structure, but who can also equally work independently - as well as use intuition and initiative in problem-solving, advising or leading when the task at hand requires it.
