When I was in school, I helped my uncle in the drama theatre. As soon as I finished school, I went to work in a theatre as a stage light.

Then I became a Light Artist.

I graduated from the University as a TV and film camera operator. Studied for five years.

Then he started working on the STB Channel (Starlight Media), filmed many programs on OB, such as

—”You can dance" (STB channel)

—”Ukraine has talent” (STB channel)

—“Master Chef” (STB channel)

—"Bachelor" (STB channel)

—"Mask" (Ukraine channel)

Over time, the Starlight Media management's trust in me grew, and I started my career as Director of Photography shooting projects.

—“Biggest Loser” (1 season of 17 episodes, STB channel)

—"Daddy's House” (4 seasons of 18 episodes, STB channel)

—“Embarrassing Bodies” (7 seasons of 18 episodes, STB channel)

In the creative breaks between the shooting process of TV projects, I filmed:

—Promo video for Star Light Media (DOP)

—For the DIYA portal, commissioned by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, he filmed an educational series for military anti-corruption officers (DOP)

—YouTube broadcasts at the OB Alpha-Jazz Festival in Lviv 5 years in a row, the filming process lasted a week (Camera operator)

—The series “First Swallows”, (1 season of 8 episodes, camera operator).

When COVID-19 started, everyone at Starlight Media was transferred to self-employed. There was no work, but I started shooting in the role of Director of Photography, a series for the UFO TV channel. Filmed two seasons, 2nd (20 episodes) and 3rd season (16 episodes).

In 2021, he started teaching “Operator Skill” at The Academy of Cinema and New Media.

I know a lot about lighting as a multi-camera shooting process, studio, interview, and film or serial production. I love documentaries, and I also liked shooting reality shows because the process is somewhat similar.

I want to find a film crew in the UK and take over the experience so that after the war I can share it with those who want it.

After attending an intensive “Return to work” program run by Mission Accomplished and funded by the HETV & Film Skills fund I am now looking for an opportunity to return to work as a camera operator.

As part of the program, the ScreenSkills fund can contribute up to:

- £6,000 towards a salary (£600 pw for 10 weeks) for me on productions that contribute to the HETV Skills Fund.
