I have plenty of experience working with talent across genres. I have worked both in office and on location and a strong self-shooter. Happy to get stuck into casting, scripting, writing schedules and leading a team. 

I have a proven track record of care for contributors, particularly in exceptional circumstances. I am qualified Level 1 British Sign Language (BSL), further enhancing my ability to communicate and connect with diverse audiences. Currently serving as the Channel 4 Access Lead for RTRP, I take pride in championing inclusivity and accessibility.
