During my time both as a Casting Producer, Welfare Producer and Talent Manager, I have developed a wide range of skills from managing a team, finding and casting key contributors and talent for a variety of different, often sensitive programmes, developing ideas and writing up key documents, liaising with celebrities and their agents, negotiating fees for appearances, researching often niche subjects , sourcing locations, interviewing contributors on and off camera/ zoom and editing programmes for transmission. Over the years I have worked at the BBC, ITV and at several independent television production companies including Nutopia, RDF, Objective and Studio Lambert, in a variety of roles.
