A decade Producing and Directing long-form documentaries at the BBC has given me a deep understanding of storytelling and editorial policy, and my eight years specialising in social video since has shaped my digital-first approach; combining audience analytics with gut-instinct for great ideas, as well as testing and learning about a series over time.
