Monika is an exceptional talent - brilliant, tireless, creative, and hugely fun to work with. She doesn't crack under pressure, just rolls her sleeves up and cracks on. She was Producer for me on a 2x60' current affairs for Channel 4 with talent (Michael Mosley), for which she also provided a lot of additional camerawork, and most recently Producer (with edit producing) on a demanding 1x60 current affairs for BBC2, which involved sourcing contributors internationally for a story involving an ongoing high-stakes legal case. She delivered incredible access, and again filmed some interviews as a self-shooter. I feel you could throw almost any aspect of TV at Monika and she would excel, from developing to shooting to producing, directing and even editing. I've thrown almost all of that and she delivered way above and beyond every time. Honestly, count yourself lucky to get her.
