I am an experienced, enthusiastic, and hard working Production Secretary, with excellent communication, time management and social skills.  I have recently worked at Fremantle Media on a show called ‘The Greatest Dancer' and was a vital part of the team ensuring the acts and contributors had all the relevant paperwork, DBS checks and child performance licences in place for the auditions and VT's. Here I also booked travel for crew and contributors, updated call sheets, and managed the smooth running of the child chaperones at the studio auditions. I also have experience within the Reality TV and Scripted Comedy genres.  When on location with ‘Made in Chelsea’ I ensured all artwork/material and location release forms were correctly signed off on a daily basis. Due to the fast turnaround of such shows, these would sometimes be signed off in real time, so it was important to keep on top of them.When on ‘Friday Night Dinner’, I compiled and distributed scripts in accordance to the daily filming schedules, and was trained in Silvermouse for post-production handover.For the last few weeks I have been acting as Office and IT Manager for a Global PR Agency. This is on an ongoing temporary contract until I find my next Production role.  I was a PA and Portfolio Manager for over 9 years prior to my change in career for the TV industry last year.I am very organised and have experience in diary management, travel and accommodation booking, as well as a high attention to detail.
