Julia is incredible. She is so knowledgeable and experienced, whilst being an absolute joy to work with. I have witnessed her set up incredibly complicated shoots around the world without breaking a sweat. She is kind and considerate to everyone and a strong manager to those working to her, keen to help people develop their skills. She has the strongest work ethic, maybe working a little too hard.
