With over twenty years in the television industry, I have a wealth of experience across features, popular factual and factual entertainment for the BBC, Channel 4, ITV, Five, Nat Geo and Discovery. I have helped to make food, food science, ob docs, consumer affairs, children's, natural history and historical property programmes.
As a series producer and director I have led teams in development, casting, shoots, the offline edit and final post - shepherding series through the entire production process to deliver on time and on budget. As a producer, director and edit producer I have been responsible for 60' and 30' programmes across a variety of genres.
I love working with people whether that’s part of a production team or getting the best from contributors and presenters - having directed some of the country’s leading on-screen talent. I have secured access in extremely challenging environments, setting up and executing shoots all over the world. I have vast experience working in agricultural and food manufacturing environments, including gaining access to some of the world’s most notoriously secretive brands. I spent four months on location in Namibia and two months in California working with wildlife experts to produce Animal Park’s spin off ‘Wild In…’ series for the BBC. Read Less
