Jess is the best PM I've ever worked with. She ran production for our complex six-part specialist factual adventure shoot in East Africa with extraordinary skill and expertise. Personable, energetic, incredibly conscientious, super hard working and across every detail. She is the engine room at the heart of the production - in total control of budget, scheduling, crewing, H&S and adept at running teams of co-ords.
