I was Jess's line manager on one of our productions for ITV. It was a new commission which needed 10 hours of original TV to be produced and delivered in 12 weeks. As the PM on the project, Jess was fundamental in getting the series delivered on time. She managed a large production and filming team, guiding them around the country as we filmed in multiple locations. She did this with wit and charm and looked after everyone, all whilst keeping a smile on her face.

Jess has many strengths, her main ones are: a thorough understanding of the production process so she can prioritise decision making to keep the production moving forward in the most efficient manner possible; a desire to create excellent telly, whatever the budget; she is able to form relationships quickly - this could be with junior members of the team to develop their skills, or suppliers to get the best deals possible; her communication is great; and she is a tremendously hard worker.
