Kate was a thoughtful, dedicated and creative member of the development team and scripted a strong episode treatment. She quickly got on top of the editorial brief and found great stories and characters. Kate was flexible in her thinking and approach, equally comfortable dealing with the overarching themes as well as having a passion for uncovering the intricate details. Kate also went beyond the call of duty in doing due diligence and fact-checking the claims in some of the stories, which is testimony to her strong journalistic rigour. Kate was an engaging and delightful team member and I'd definitely work with her again.

I worked with Kate a few years ago on an extremely complicated series for Curiosity Stream. Kate was drafted in as an AP fairly last minute to set up and attend some complex presenter led shoots in US as well as the UK and did a fantastic job. She was extremely calm under pressure, the team all spoke highly of her and she got the job done quickly and efficiently. I've since bumped into her at other companies we've both worked for and its always nice to see her. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending her or hiring her on my future productions.
