I am a junior researcher with a 2:1 degree in Film and Television Studies from the University of Chichester. I was junior researcher on the true-crime documentary series, Killer At The Crime Scene. at Spun Gold TV. I uncovered UK murder-cases and wrote about them for the producer to view and take to the commisioner. I also archived assets from the public domain to use in episodes, sourced props, researched locations and assisted with filming logistics on location.
As well as production, I worked in the development team, where I researched a range of topics. These included ways to repopulate remote Scottish Islands and anniversaries of famous world events. I was also in constent comunication with famous insitutions and brands to gain access to film documentaries around them. I have very good communication skills, can meet deadlines and am good at working in teams to support colleagues. I have had some experience on technical software such as Final Cut Pro and Photoshop.
Freelance experience includes making a location research document for producers, as well as a mood-baord as plans for up-coming projects.
