My strength lies in connecting with people and casting standout individuals. I'm strong at building trusting relationships in sensitive environments and have experience in duty of care, welfare and legal protocols. I have a keen eye for identifying engaging stories, understanding story arcs and providing strong editorial insight. I’ve worked across obs doc series and fixed rig productions, mainly blue light, and assisted with shooting sequences on an FS7. I enjoy planning and coordinating shoots and schedules, as well as writing questions and conducting master interviews.
