I am an Assistant Producer, I came to TV as a second career having come from a drama background and re-trained at NFTS in Factual Development and Production, after winning a scholarship from the Discovery Channel. I bring strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn and develop new skills in all my roles. In December 2021 I was selected by Channel 4 to undertake a 2-week female documentary course at NFTS where I learnt the basics of camera and editing to make my own short films.

Since 2019 I have been a member of BAFTA Crew programme and then moved onto the Connect cohort in 2022. During my time I have collaborated with my BAFTA colleagues on eight short films and have been across casting, co-Producing and stepped up to Producer. My short films have gone onto win awards and I currently have one project in post-production and another which is awaiting selection for festivals. Last year I worked on other independent films alongside my own projects as a co-ordinator and fund raiser.

My factual credits include working on high profile series: A Key to a Fortune Crackit Productions/C4, Make Me Prime Minister TwoFour/C4, Great British Railway Journeys Naked/BBC, The World's Most Secret Hotels Windfall Films/C4, Combat Ships 3 Woodcut Media/Smithsonian, a series of 3 high profile documentaries for BBC Events and Development for the Yesterday Channel for UKTV, 

I work well independently in a remote set up as well as being part of a team. I have worked across both prime time shows as well as fast turnarounds and have consistently delivered stories on time working to tight budgets. I am expereinced in setting up shoots across the UK and abroad. I have the ability to cast interesting contributors, experts and have worked with high profile talent. I always bring a diverse cast and range of stories to any production I work on as well as regionality as I want to reflect the cultural diversity of the UK on screen to the best of my ability.
