I've had the good fortune to work with Jane for the last two series of 'Narco Wars' - a new hard-hitting hybrid series about the war on drugs for Nat Geo - that blends shocking actuality with historical narrative. The series is definitely a very demanding beast and stretched some of our staff to breaking point. But Jane was not one of them ! Working as an Edit Producer on the Zetas episode, she took the whole thing in her stride and never once looked to be at odds with the material or the environment, even when we had to switch to working remotely at the drop of a hat due to Covid-19. Needless to say her episode was one of the stand out eps from Season 1, so - of course - we got her back. Her episode for Season 2 was the best episode by far. She's an absolute walking master class in how to run an edit - incredibly organised, tenacious, listens to every bit of advice she is given, and always feeds back on the status of everything. Simply put she's a joy to work with - minimum effort and maximum output !
