Nicola is a good, strong, dependable edit producer. Quick to learn a show and very hard working. She was a great addition to our edit team and I hope I get to work with her again soon.

Nicola is a creative and highly organised SP. On Inside the Factory she successfully managed a hectic filming schedule through the challenges of Covid and the inevitable pressures of the catch up that followed. On a series that had already shot hundreds of VTs she always managed to come up with a fresh spin on content and supported the teams as they scripted, shot and edited the films that wrapped around each factory. She tackled every dilemma and brainstorm with calm and purpose, always in pursuit of best ideas. She also built very strong relationships with the factories, with the on-screen talent and our commissioner to whom she pitched new content for the series on a weekly basis during our busiest times. The schedule on ITF also allowed the SP to get very hands on in the edit and Nicola’s ability to elevate a scene or a VT with deft writing, with just the right note of humour in comm, or the right choice of music were a real asset. Nicola is an extremely experienced and successful SP who ran ITF at an incredibly challenging time - I would absolutely have no hesitation in working with her again.
