I am an experienced and conscientious Production Manager. I enjoy working closely with a production team and value supporting and nurturing talent at all levels, to achieve successful results. I keep a tight reign on budgets and schedules, taking pride in keeping productions on track, forecasting costs, pre-empting issues and effectively managing all requirements of my role and the overall process.I have a wealth of experience across productions, from development and set up to delivery. At Hooded Crow Pictures, I have taken a senior management role, including setting up the offices, writing company policies and procedures, executing contracts with the commissioner and running the production side of the company accounts.Over a range of productions, I've had extensive experience of overseas filming and of course the added complication of Covid over the last couple of years.
