Richard has joined me on location numerous times. Always professional and hardworking, he understands the editorial requirement, but builds on it with curiosity and innovative thinking to bring visuals that really lift the programmes. Rich has an impressive technical understanding and his discipline in maintaining equipment is fantastic, always a great sign! Richard filmed a timelapse sequence and a a few live action macro pick up shots for me. He approached the shots with creative flare, bags of technical know-how and a 'can do' attitude. He's a joy to work with and cares deeply about his craft.

There are those people who always go that extra mile to make sure things are done right or in TV look amazing. Richard not only goes that extra mile but he goes another mile and yet another etc...I always knew that once I asked Richard to do something it would always get done efficiently and creatively. In fact his creativity has enhanced many films I have made with him (making me look good!!!!) Although his filming and organisation and research skills are very good his timelapse sequences are out of this world. Suddenly an ordinary film is turned into an extraordinary one. On a personal note he is an incredibly nice guy and I can remember one shoot when we were staying in a hotel, Richard preferred to rough it so he was close to the action so he could start filming as soon as possible. I have no hesitation in recommending Richard to work on your production.
