I build schedules and budgets early with creative teams, then manage execution, compliance, cost control and stakeholder alignment across production and post. I’ve developed and consulted on features up to $35m for partners including Sony Classics, Netflix, Amazon, Green Door, Babycow and Disney/Searchlight, supporting BLA and financing cycles, risk assessment and delivery planning. My qualifications cover portfolio delivery and duty of care, including Health and Safety, risk assessment, Covid-19 compliance, and diversity and inclusion training. I hold specialist training in personal security for high-risk locations and have managed crews in some of the most difficult filming locations on the planet including China, Greenland, South Africa and the DRC.
