I have years of experience making both unscripted and scripted content, with talent and contributors, in sensitive situations and extreme environments. I've operated most broadcast camera systems, including Arri, Canon, Sony and Blackmagic, as well as stabilisation equipment such as Ronin and Movi. I'm familiar with a range of lighting equipment and can light a scene/interview to a high level, whether it's in a studio or on location. I have a science background, which gives me the ability to research factual content and then re-purpose it for scripts or interviews. Combined with this I have a strong sense of narrative structures and story pacing, and what's required to keep an audience engaged, as well as a deep appreciation of the casting process and a good eye for on-screen talent. Over the years I have also worked on multiple animation and motion graphics projects, and have directed award-winning animations.
