I have successfully planned and directed on-location shoots to capture engaging content, directing interviews with influencers, and conducting and editing photography for social pages. Additionally, I have created graphic designs, written copy for social posts, and planned and created paid social content - adjusting and monitoring budgets to gain lead generation. I am adept at collaborating with videographers and editors to produce high-quality videos which aligns and fully represents clients branding. My experience also includes scheduling client content and leading regular client calls to discuss content strategy plans. Furthermore, I have launched new brands and managed influencer UGC campaigns, showcasing my ability to drive brand awareness and engage target audiences effectively.
Prior to my role as a Social Media Account Manager, I worked as a Senior Assistant Producer for a live television channel, where I managed a team of Assistant Producers. I successfully hired and trained new employees, set and reported on sales targets, and tracked individuals' progression to improve performance. I worked on outside broadcasting events and contributed to the creative overview and themes of shows, ensuring engaging content for viewers. I thrive within a producer position, ensuring all timelines and budgets are working harmoniously and my team are happy, being creative and enjoying the work they produce despite the tight deadlines. I worked within the TV Gallery during live output controlling UK & USA graphics and also worked within the Studio assisting with set design.
