Highly creative and experienced Development Executive / Consultant specialising in factual entertainment, lifestyle and documentary programming, with a strong track record in generating original ideas and crafting persuasive pitches and visually engaging decks that generate genuine broadcaster interest and commissions. 

Over the past eight years, I have worked across both large and independent production companies, playing a key role in taking projects from initial concept through to funded development and commission. Credits include Doorbell Detectives, World’s Biggest Cruise Ship, Britain’s Most Beautiful Road and Meal Deals: Behind The Bargain, alongside helping secure tenders and recommissions for broadcasters including BBC, Channel 4, Channel 5 and Discovery+. 

Alongside hands-on creative development, I have extensive experience managing small teams and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously. I pride myself on being a supportive and communicative line manager, skilled in mentoring and developing talent while consistently delivering high-quality creative work under pressure.
