I’m an experienced Talent Manager and TV production professional, currently available for new opportunities across the TV and creative industries. Over the past several years, I worked as Senior Talent Manager at TriForce Creative Network & Dandi, specialising in connecting diverse, talented off-screen professionals with job opportunities across television and the wider creative sector.

Since joining the team in 2021, I focused on supporting those behind the camera, helping production companies across the UK crew up for their projects and developing pathways for emerging and experienced talent. I was the lead contact for clients producing programmes across a wide range of genres, including sport, documentary, reality, and high-end TV scripted drama. My work centred on creating inclusive opportunities and helping ensure the industry welcomed a broad range of voices and experiences. I also organised and hosted industry networking events, delivered training sessions and spoke as a panellist at events including the BBC Academy's Production Unlocked and Rope Ladder Fiction's Script Editor Forum.

Before transitioning to working in Talent Management, I have previously worked as freelance Researcher in mainly entertainment and factual broadcast television. Prior to being a Researcher, I gained experience as a Runner in studio, production/ office and on location.

Based in Manchester/Salford area, I am also confident remotely and collaborate with clients and teams across the UK. I am currently open to new opportunities in talent management and related roles within the creative industries.
