I’m currently working as Senior Talent Manager for TriForce Creative Network & Dandi, where I specialise in connecting diverse, talented professionals with opportunities across the TV and creative industries.

Since joining the team in 2021, I’ve focused on supporting those behind the camera, helping production companies across the UK crew up for their projects and developing pathways for talent. I’m the lead contact for our clients who have programmes across a wide range of genres, including sport, documentary, reality and HETV scripted drama. My work centres on creating inclusive opportunities and ensuring the industry continues to welcome a wide range of voices and experiences. I’ve also been involved in hosting and organising industry networking events, as well as delivering training sessions. I've also spoken as a panellist at events such as the BBC Academy’s Production Unlocked and Rope Ladder Fiction’s Script Editor Forum.

Before transitioning to working in Talent Management, I have previously worked as freelance Researcher in mainly entertainment and factual broadcast television. Prior to being a Researcher, I gained experience as a Runner in studio, production/ office and on location.

I am based in Manchester/Salford. I currently work remotely, collaborating with clients and talent across the UK.
