Gailene was hired as the main production runner on the BCA Awards 2013 and although this was her first TV contract, she adapted quickly to the role, asked appropriate questions and undertook her tasks conscientiously. Gailene worked well in the office, on location and in a live, pressurised studio environment.

I found Gailene to be reliable, competent and a good member of the production team. She takes challenges on readily and is organised and able to meet the demands of a very busy production.

In short, as she continues to learn and build on the experience she gains in each new production, I think she has a bright future in the industry. I would therefore be happy to work with her again and to recommend her for any future TV production runner roles.
