As an Assistant Producer with a camera background, I enjoy finding and pursuing interesting stories and locations in which to set up local and international shoots. I enjoy working on a range of genres and subjects, but mainly have experience in documentaries (especially wildlife), obs-doc, factual and fact-ent. I have spent a lot of time on location both in the UK and internationally, where I have gained experience directing sequences, as well as using my technical knowledge to take charge of the equipment, get creative shots, and film the sequences. I enjoy working within a team and my freelance work has allowed me to work with a range of characters about a variety of topics, from reserved contributors on sensitive subjects, to extroverted personalities exploding with energy.With degrees in Zoology (BSc) and Global Wildlife Health & Conservation (MSc), my specialty is science and the natural world, which I am extremely passionate about!
