I am an executive producer with 22 years experience in entertainment, reality and factual entertainment (and previously live studio based and 'as live' programming). Following a career as a copywriter in advertising, I started at the BBC in development and love taking projects from development through to edit. I've helped shape several successful first series, and love the challenge of delivering something new. I take pride in creating, nurturing and motivating exceptional teams, and have extensive location experience.
