Ellie joined our production at a time when we were already in full swing and desperately needed another experienced pair of hands. She proved to be invaluable: calm, thorough and with lots of initiative, she quickly got up to speed and proved to be a huge asset at a time when we were really stretched. Primarily recruited to help with casting, her role rapidly expanded as she demonstrated her flexibility and willingness to do whatever was needed to hit our deadlines.
