Based on a true story, the story of the Batavia makes the Titanic seem like a kindergarten story. Both ships were the largest of their kind and sunk on their maiden voyages. However, the characters are far richer and more complex than the Titanic. The book has been published as both an ebook through Amazon and a hard book.
