I specialise in complex, sensitive stories involving difficult access, high-profile or vulnerable contributors, and significant legal or duty-of-care considerations. In the edit, I’m particularly drawn to layered narratives where there are competing perspectives and no easy answers.
My recent work includes the well-recieved Michael Jackson: The Trial (Wonderhood/Channel 4), which I produced and edit produced, securing access to Jackson’s inner circle and legal team and working across the four-part edit. I also produced and edit produced The Body Next Door (Raw TV/Sky Docs), which received rave reviews and became Sky Doc’s most-watched series at the time.
Other credits include BAFTA-nominated In Vogue: The 90s, where I secured and produced contributors including Hillary Clinton, Anna Wintour and Victoria Beckham, and Planet Sex with Cara Delevigne, developing and filming stories about sexual identity all around the world. I have been a PD on American Monster, and produced the Emmy-nominated The World According to Jeff Goldblum. While working at Ch 4’s Unreported World, I was awarded a Press Gazette British Journalism award for a story I found and developed about reality TV stars in North Korea.
Before moving into TV, I was a national journalist specialising in true-life and crime, regularly finding and pitching exclusives. That background has hugely informed my work – finding and interrogating stories, constructing nuanced narratives and earning the trust of people sharing deeply personal stories with a strong sense of duty of care. I am a US-UK dual citizen.
