I am often described an all rounder and a safe pair of hands. Due to my wide-ranging skills, I am typically employed in a casting capacity and extended to forward plan shoots, story produce & shoot on location.
Skills:
Assisting PD's on location (cameras, kit, contributor/location management, compliance, writing RA's, wranging, driving)
Shooting second camera (FX9 & FX6)
Story Producing (talent, contributors, children & teenagers aged 6-15)
Casting (outreach, producing/shooting IVs, background checks, biogs, sensitive subjects with vulnerable contributors)
Welfare (working with a psychologist from FTP to aftercare)
Forward planning (UK & abroad)
Development research, writing, access negotiation & pitching
Edit (fact checking scripts, sourcing/clearing archive, sync pulling, transcribing, cutting casting tapes, assisting the edit with various)
