I am an enthusiastic and creative Producer, Director and Edit Producer with strong scripting and storytelling skills.
I am extremely resourceful, adaptable and calm under pressure and used to working to tight deadlines, whether producing and directing interviews and actuality on location, or running multiple edits. I have a strong track record in negotiating tricky access to establish and maintain contributor relationships. Outside of work, I am a passionate sportswoman, training in Crossfit and weightlifting, and I play the Viola in the Bristol Symphony Orchestra.

Hermione has worked on a number of projects for me over the last four years including Britain’s Secret Treasures for ITV, Autopsy: The Last Hours for Channel 5 and most recently Devon & Cornwall Blues for ITV. Her first position with me was as a researcher, then AP, Edit Producer and lastly, Junior PD.
On every single project she has worked extremely hard with great professionalism, diligence, creativity and intelligence. She is calm and collected in the face of difficulties, manages stress effectively and as an individual is a pleasure to work with; both contributers and colleagues sing her praises.
Her leaving ITV Studios is a loss, but I cannot recommend her highly enough to future employers. Whoever hires her will have a real asset to their company and she will not fail to impress.
