I’ve worked in documentary film and television, as well and online video for ten years. My credits are spread through several areas of documentary: from obs docs, archive based history and science docs, fact-ent and specialist factual, online video work, even sports programming.

Recently I’ve developed, produced, and directed short and feature length documentaries with my own production company – Silverstrand Productions – with funding and collaboration from the Arts Council, Screen Ireland, and others while attracting funding from private organisations as well. My most recent feature doc - TerraForma - is a documentary feature funded by the Arts Council, which has screened at festivals and galleries around the world. Two other feature docs are currently in production and pre-production.

I shoot and edit all my own work. With my BlackMagic URSA 4.6K, but I've also worked with the Sony FX9/FX6/FS7 series. I edit, mostly on Premiere, but also on AVID. I've got a decent understanding of AfterEffects. I also speak conversational French and some Spanish.
