I had the pleasure of working with Tom for a large part of 2017 when he was working with us on two series of 'Into the Fire', produced by IMG for UKTV's Really Channel. He was never less than professional and courteous, and very quickly grasped and appreciated the complexities of our organisation and some of the pressures our staff would be under when he and his colleagues were filming them.
We are extremely pleased with how the two series have turned out. This was due in no small part to the many working relationships that Tom quickly established throughout West Midlands Fire Service, and the ease at which he put contributors. I hope we get the opportunity to work with him again.
