I am a self-shooting Development Producer, who specialises in content strategy and youth engagement. Having gained practice in factual, comedy, music, news and entertainment; allows me to approach development in a different way. I have casted, developed and written an array of comedy, factual, drama, current affairs and entertainment formats for a variety of online, radio and Television broadcasters.Having an extensive network of talent allows me to gain exclusive access to unique stories and events. 
I have interviewed and filmed with a plethora of established figures, ranging from artistic, political and entertainment backgrounds. This has enhanced my knowledge and enabled me to connect with a variety of audiences.Creatively, I had input on the relaunch Yo! This allowed me to work alongside Damian Kavanagh as a strategist, as he made the digital transition of BBC Three.I also helped to curate Grime4Corbyn...In my spare time I run a creative consulting agency, which caters to youth culture and works alongside TV and digital companies to develop ons screen and music talent.
