Proactive and versatile AP with a lifelong interest in factual storytelling. I'm an all-rounder with journalistic skills and strong editorial judgement. 

I have wide-ranging AP experience across a mix of factual formats and genres including fast-turnaround documentaries, longform news and current affairs, international science programmes and a BAFTA-winning special.

I've worked across all stages of production including initial prep and forward planning, meticulous story research, finding and casting great contributors, setting up shoots, going on location, helping with filming and supporting the edit.

I'm used to working one-on-one with PDs, SPs and reporting directly to the rest of the senior team as needed. I'm calm under pressure and able to juggle multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines.

I was chosen for this year's competitive Shooting AP programme run by ScreenSkills and DV Talent in which I was trained on the FS7 by award-winning self-shooting PDs and also produced, shot and edited my own short film. Read Less
