A sensitive and visually strong, Bristol based Shooting PD / Edit Producer with Series Directing credit. Primarily with experience in obs doc and popular factual from prime time to children's documenary. My work has spanned the Grierson winning Storyville "The Trial of Ratko Mladic", helping establish BAFTA & Grierson nominated "The Dog House", pop doc "The World's Most Expensive Presents" and other intimate one-offs to big name factual brands like "Supervet" & "Secret Life of 4 & 5 Year Olds".

I often work with a Series Director to establish series styles and have filmed abroad extensively. I approach each programme looking to explore as far under the editorial surface as possible whilst filming with a lightness of touch to produce films with weight but that remain accessible. As a confident self shooter of almost 15 years my work often sits aside established factual DOPs.

I also deliver structured shooting training for obs/format doc to production teams - with particular focus on intimate actuality, shooting for the edit, directing action & shooting for a series style. Read Less
