Carl is a talented editor and puts an incredible passion into all he does. He is relentless and I have seen him "driving" edits with clients and unlocking difficult situation when required. Carl has strong storytelling skills and treats the narrative with great sensibility which makes him a good fit for offline editing but he also masters online tools such as Resolve, Symphony and After Effects which makes him a great candidate for online work too.

I was Carl's manager at Discovery for several years and continued to employ him after he left the team to become freelance as he was key to the success of the Post department of Discovery Europe.
