I am a Production Consultant and Senior Advisor having been a Director/Head of Production, Line Producer and Production Executive for over 25 years. I am available on an ad hoc basis or part time basis on a fixed term contract. The consultancy I provide varies from financial aspects such as producing budgets, cash flows, cost reports and auditing; business support whether new company start up or refreshing processes; health and safety including risk assessments, "red flag" content in terms of enhanced security risk assessment and/or filming protocols and justifcations; legal and business affairs.
